Managing Director and Principal Educator

Jolly Mokorosi is a Johannesburg-based Professional Executive Principal Officer, independent retirement fund trustee, director, and business leader with extensive experience in the South African financial services sector.

Beatrice Chandia

Manager: Operations, Strategy and Governance Support

Beatrice joined MFC in 2018 as an executive assistant and has been coordinating company operations since 2020. Beatrice is a reseacher at heart and has strong research background and has notable experience in the areas of SMME development, women’s financial inclusion, youth development, sustainability and macroeconomics.

Jabulile Maria Tshabalala

Marketing Officer

Jabulile Maria Tshabalala is a strategic communications and marketing professional with experience in marketing, executive support, digital communications, business operations, and brand development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Johannesburg and currently serves as a Marketing Officer at Mokorosi Financial Consulting, where she supports brand growth, marketing strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Jabulile has also provided virtual executive support to Ophir Mining and Uprise Commodities, contributing to operational efficiency and business development initiatives. Passionate about driving impactful communication strategies, she is committed to helping organizations strengthen their brand presence, achieve sustainable growth, and deliver meaningful value to their stakeholders.

Queenie Mashala

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Queenie Mashala joined MFC in April 2026 as an Office Administrator. She brings valuable experience from the healthcare sector, having worked at Netcare Linksfield Hospital, as well with Discovery Health Wellness. Through these roles, she developed strong skills in
administration, multitasking, problem-solving, customer service, and compassionate client care. In addition to her administrative expertise, Queenie is the founder of Walkartz, a marketing and promotions agency focused on branding, marketing, and promotional strategies guided by spiritual intelligence and values-based leadership. Queenie studied Marketing and has completed Trustee Toolkit Training, equipping her with knowledge of governance, leadership, and organizational management. She is currently involved in the relaunch and growth initiatives of Asili, MFC, TWFG, and Wealth at Work, contributing to their strategic development, brand positioning, and operational support. Her vision is to advance and promote God’s work through MFC by serving with excellence, integrity, and dedication while supporting the organization’s mission and impact in the community.
