Operations Manager
Beatrice joined MFC in 2018 as an executive assistant and has been coordinating company operations since 2020. Beatrice is a reseacher at heart and has strong research background and has notable experience in the areas of SMME development, women’s financial inclusion, youth development, sustainability and macroeconomics.
Jabulile Maria Tshabalala
Marketing Officer
Jabulile Maria Tshabalala is a strategic communications and marketing professional with experience spanning marketing, executive support, digital communications, business operations, and brand development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Johannesburg and is passionate about driving impactful communication strategies that support business growth and organizational excellence.
Queenie Mashala
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Queenie Mashala joined MFC in April 2026 as an Office Administrator. She brings valuable experience from the healthcare sector, having worked with Dr. Aron, Dr. Bassa, and Dr. Stoch at Netcare Linksfield Hospital, as well as with Discovery. Through these roles, she developed strong skills in administration, multitasking, problem-solving, customer service, and compassionate client care.
